My name is Erin, and I am the face and maker behind KnitsAndKnotsCo. I live in my childhood hometown of Dundas, Ontario with my Golden Retriever Bentley, who plays a very important role in K&Kco as my crafting company and mail drop partner. My English Bulldog Chewy has been there since day one of this small business, overseeing all quality control and decisions, but just recently passed away.

In Feburary 2023, I lost my fiancé and partner of 15 and a half years, Chad, after a 7.5 month aggressive battle with cancer. I truly wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for Chad's unwavering encouragement and support along the way. So much of K&Kco's success I owe to him.

My story of how I got here is quite a long one to tell, but all I know is that I am exactly where I'm meant to be.

I am obsessed with making pieces to help make your house feel more like home. Whether it's a little touch like a beaded garland on your coffee table or a statement macrame piece above your couch, I strive to create quality, trendy pieces that are always handmade with love.

I am also a photographer, known for capturing adorable shots in front of my vintage camper which I design and style for holiday and seasonal photoshoots.

When I'm not crafting in my basement studio or taking over my dining room table, you can find me supply teaching in a Kindergarten class, watching reality tv, getting inspired on Pinterest, or spending time with my family and doggos.
